Office / Residential Hi-Rise

New York City is undergoing a new renaissance of office/residential hi-rise construction. The new and proposed “supertall” buildings which stand over 1,200 feet are just a small segment of this market, which includes luxury condominiums to hotels to office buildings.

New York City alone has over 100 skyscrapers which stand over 500 feet tall and more are being developed every day. Hi-rise buildings are not confined to New York City alone, as New Jersey has also jumped into this market in Jersey City, Newark and Fort Lee.

Garden State has been on the front line of this market segment since we were the surveyor for One World Trade Center, currently the tallest building in North America and first “supertall” in over 4 decades.

Garden State continues to work on these structures including 4 WTC as well as other hi-rise building throughout the city. View our complete list of services and more detailed project scopes, pictures and deliverables involving the office/residential hi-rise construction industry.
