Project Overview :

108 Leonard Street is a 14-story brick and steel structure built in the late 19th century and is the single largest building ever sold by the City of New York.

Redevelopment plans for this 419,000 square-foot Tribeca landmark call for a mixed use combination of luxury condominium residences, a possible boutique hotel and an approximately 15,000 square foot community space, along with a parking facility.

Garden State is currently providing the general contractor, New Line Structures, with axis lines, benchmarks, as-builts, monitoring and laser scanning survey services.
