At 926 feet, 30 Park Place (a.k.a. 99 Church Street) will be the second tallest all-residential building in the city, offering residents panoramic views of the Midtown skyline and New York Harbor. Developed by Silverstein Properties, the building will include a Four Seasons Hotel consisting of 175 rooms on the lower 22 floors, along with 143 luxury residential condominiums, some as large as 6,500 sq. ft., on the upper floors.
The new building is located on the same block as the iconic Woolworth Building, which was the world’s tallest building at the time of its opening, and is located one block from the new World Trade Center complex.
